2. The database was created solely to enable customers to make purchases on the website https://progres-invest.eu/ .
3. The progres-invest.eu store uses technical and organizational measures to protect the privacy of Users.
4. The progres-invest.eu store ensures the protection of processed personal data with a level of security appropriate to the risks and data categories. In particular, the progres-invest.eu store protects data against unauthorized disclosure, theft, unauthorized processing, damage, or destruction.

The personal data and information provided in the form will be used by the Administrator to conclude, amend, and terminate the contract with the Client and ensure the highest quality of services provided. For this purpose, the Administrator processes the following data: name, address, email address, telephone number, and Tax Identification Number (NIP).
11. Providing data is voluntary. The customer has the right to modify, delete, restrict, object to processing, and transfer data.
12. The data will be used for the purposes of concluding a contract, handling complaints, and terminating the contract, for the duration of the Customer's use of the Store. Data is archived for 5 years from the first order, taking into account the aforementioned right to be forgotten, i.e., deletion of data. The Customer requests data deletion by sending an email. The Administrator immediately deletes the data from the database.
13. At the User's request, the progres-invest.eu store will provide information about their rights. This information may be provided in writing.
14. Users’ personal data may be made available to third parties with their consent, if this is justified by the nature of the service and the purpose is the proper implementation of tasks by the progres-invest.eu store.
15. Electronic communication between the User's device and the progres-invest.eu store is encrypted (SSL) during the collection of personal data. Databases are protected against unauthorized access by third parties.
