Delivery

Delivery of the ordered products is limited to the territory of European Union countries and is carried out to the address provided by the Customer at the time of concluding the contract.

Shipping costs are added to each order. Shipping costs may vary depending on the total weight of your order. The final price is always clearly displayed in your cart before checkout.

Upon receipt of the shipment, the benefits and burdens as well as the risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the products pass to the Customer.

If, prior to delivery of the shipment, its loss or damage is identified, the carrier should immediately prepare a report specifying the condition of the shipment and the circumstances of the damage. The Customer has the right to request the preparation of such a report if they determine that the shipment has been damaged. Such a procedure does not affect the complaint process, but may enable the Seller to handle it more efficiently.

The Customer should inspect the shipment upon receipt. If loss or damage is identified, the Customer is requested to take all necessary steps to establish the liability of the carrier/operator.

The following payment methods are available: cash on delivery (COD); online payment via Stripe.

Prices

Prices of products listed on the online store website include taxes (gross prices).

The product price displayed before the “Add to order” button does not include shipping costs or other additional fees.

Information about the total order value (including shipping and payment costs) is provided before selecting the “Order button” option and is confirmed in an email sent immediately to the address provided by the Customer.
